My Haitian-American heritage and glam rock culture inspire the Inik collection. Inik means unique in Creole. I wanted to create pieces that were one of a kind and made people feel themselves unapologetically. These garments were created using sustainable methods and materials, e.g., upcycling, zero-waste pattern cutting, sustainable sourcing, etc. Also, finding ways to reduce waste in the apparel production process.
